Genie was born in Savannah but grew up in Evans County.  She attended and graduated Claxton High School in 2001.  Genie married Zeke Collins in December 2004.  She and her husband have one daughter and they live in Reidsville, GA. She and her family are also members of the Rome Primitive Baptist Church.  Genie has worked in customer service since she was in high school.  Locally, you may remember her from when she was managing at Movie Gallery in Reidsville and Glennville or from working at Collins Mobile Homes.  Genie joined W. Brian Threlkeld & Assoc. in May of 2016, where she is the Office Manager.
